Adam, I've finally settled on a material shader for the glass that I really like. Its from David Della Rocca at electro303.com in France and it really conveys a sense of sturdiness and trustability. Notice the band of international flags that is inset into the rim. Not fully sold on it yet but it adds a bit of humanistic corny-ness to an otherwise sterile environment. Considering how many countries we've got working on this project, it actually seems quite appropriate. We still need to figure out what to put into the space where the solar panels are now. There wouldn't be enough people or biots to populate all of that space and I don't want this thing looking like another StarWars homage. Everything needs to look like its necessary and that it works.
